Bede’s Summer School is seeking a highly motivated Admissions Executive to provide an excellent service for Agents and Parents. In this pivotal and highly influential role, you will facilitate an exceptional booking and customer support experience as a representative of the Bede’s Summer School Head Office Team. You will be an ambassador for Bede’s Summer School, contributing directly to our success by maintaining our excellent reputation in the local, national, and international community.

Qualifications

  • Computer literate and excellent computer skills including working with application tracking systems/portals and booking databases
  • To have good interpersonal and communication skills including written English in email and telephone/online meeting manner
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail when processing bookings and payments
  • Solution-oriented thinker and proactive to spot, pre-empt and solve problems

Experience

  • You must have experience in Admissions or Customer Relationship Management.
  • You are computer literate with excellent skills in working with application tracking systems, portals, and booking databases.
  • You possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail when processing bookings and payments.
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills, including written English and a great telephone or online meeting manner.
  • You are a solution-oriented thinker who is proactive in spotting, preempting, and solving problems.
  • You possess a cheerful, positive, and can-do attitude, which is a pre-requisite of the job.
  • Experience working in a Summer School environment and knowledge of the EFL industry is desirable but not essential.

Compensation

This is a Full Time, Fixed Term position, working Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week from April 2026 until the end of August 2026.

Working Hours

This is a Full Time, Fixed Term position, working Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week from April 2026 until the end of August 2026. The working day will usually be from 8.30am to 5pm. However, during busier periods there may be a need to be flexible.

Working Day

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up all enquiries swiftly and appropriately, including via the online chat service, to convert enquiries into enrolments.
  • Process and manage enrolments, payments, and visa support while undertaking data entry into Bede’s Management Information System.
  • Update, monitor, and manage Bede’s online booking and payment portals.
  • Promote Bede’s summer courses to prospective Parents and Agents effectively by determining client needs and making appropriate recommendations.
  • Communicate important information regarding arrivals, departures, and requests to Centre Management Teams.
  • Support the Trust’s commitment to Welfare and Safeguarding by adhering to all policies and promoting and upholding standards.
  • Ensure compliance by gathering all necessary documentation and overseeing the completion of comprehensive security checks for Group Leaders.
  • To assist with the collation of documents in line with the Accreditation UK criteria.
  • Manage the production, printing, and distribution of SALTO access cards for all students and staff members.
  • When the Summer School is in session, to carry the Head Office emergency on-call telephone (on a rota basis) to provide a full and reliable emergency contact service for Agents and Parents.
